Evaluating your existing assets

Almost every company we work with has a goldmine of useful data that we can turn into growth ideas and experiments. That’s why, we’ll start the audit with:

Tailor-made user research

There’s only so much you can understand by looking at your Analytics and past performance. We’ll bring the real experts (your target audience!) onboard by:

Surveying the key segments — customers, leads, churned users, website visitors — to answer dozens of questions about why some of them convert while others don’t.
Conducting 1-on-1 online/over-the-phone interviews with users representing your key audience segments.
Analysing your website experience by looking at heatmaps and recordings generated by real people exploring your site.
Running usability studies — we’ll recruit your ‘ideal customers’ and ask them to review your funnel (and possibly look at your competitors, too!).

Main goal: Understand the ‘why’ behind the performance of your business — while Step 1 tells us where in the funnel the problems are, Step 2 explains why they occur. This naturally leads to Step 3 of our audit...

Ideation and prioritization

At this point, we’ll have conducted our own custom research and analysed your existing assets. We’ll use all that knowledge and our vast growth experience to:

Draw out the customer journey to pinpoint the exact elements of your funnel where you’re losing potential customers — and why it’s happening.
Create a list of 100+ ideas (detailed marketing activities) that you should pursue to grow your business. Every idea will be backed up by insights from our research — there’s no room for opinions at this point!
Prioritise those ideas based on how impactful, easy to implement and laborious they’d be.
