You will make a difference
As a Video editor on our creative team, you’ll play a key role in turning ideas into visual stories, and your work will help bring our clients' brands to life across digital channels.
We work with a diverse range of B2B businesses across the globe: from promising start-ups to fast-growing scale-ups, and beyond.

Reasons why this job is for you
- Have 3+ years of relevant experience in video editing, ideally in a marketing agency, production company, or video agency, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create high-quality video content
- You communicate clearly and proactively in English and Dutch, whether it’s with teammates, clients, or through your work, you keep things sharp, structured, and on point.
- You are currently based in the Netherlands.
- You are comfortable coming to our Rotterdam office 3-4 times a week.
- You’re proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, and comfortable using After Effects and DaVinci Resolve (or similar tools) for motion integration and colour correction
- You can confidently manage projects independently, from brief to deliverable, while sticking to deadlines and maintaining brand quality
- You’re able to give and receive feedback constructively and enjoy collaborating with creatives, marketers, and account managers
- You’re curious and always looking for smarter ways to work: through AI tools, automation or templates
- You’re adaptable and open to change: comfortable adjusting to new tools, workflows, team structures, and creative challenges in a fast-evolving company environment. You see change as an opportunity to grow, not a obstacle.
